Although you can replace your URLs manually with Jekyll, Jekyll Assets makes this process a bit easier. It provides you with asset and asset_url() helpers. Refer to the documentation for details. Then locate the configuration file _config.yml and set the CDN URL to your Tinify CDN endpoint.
